Simple overnight chia pudding and oatmeal recipe.
This is something I have done for years and I never measure anything.
I don’t like following recipes strictly, so if you are like me, just use this as a guideline and adjust to your own taste.
Ingredients:
- Chia seeds
- Oats
- Milk (rice milk or oat milk)
- Cinnamon
- Raisins
Optional toppings:
- Fresh fruit
- Nuts
- Honey or maple syrup
- Cut down apples
- Bananas
I use an IKEA glass form that I can store in the fridge overnight.
Then the day after I can either eat it cold or bake it in the oven for 25-40 minutes at 200°C
First I add Chia in to the glass. Here I ran out of chia, but usually I use 2x more than you can see in the picture.

Then I add milk. I use rice milk or oat milk.
I usually also add raisins and cinnamon

Then I add oats but the order does not really matter. I like adding chia first so they can soak up the milk better and don’t clump together.

Then I stir it all together and put it in the fridge overnight.
