Banana Bread without sugar and without wheat recipe

Simple Banana bread recipe without added sugar. The sweetness comes from the bananas and raisins and you can add more sweetness with honey or maple syrup if you like.

Banana bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • Oats
  • Coconut oil
  • Cinnamon
  • Raisins

Optional ingredients:

  • Nuts
  • Maple syrup
  • Spices

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a small pot. When its melted, smear some of it on the inside of the form, and then put some oats in the form and shake it around so that the oats stick to the coconut oil. This will prevent the bread from sticking to the form.
  3. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  4. Add the eggs to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into the form and bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
